Christ Episcopal Church
We extend a warm welcome to you and your family to worship with us at Christ Episcopal Church in Hope Mills. Have questions about the Bible? First United Baptist Church
First United Baptist Church, located at 2002 Chickenfoot Road in Hope Mills, has Sunday services at 10 a.m., worship service at 11 and Wednesday night Bible study at 7.
Good Shepherd Catholic Church
Weekend celebrations are Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. and Sundays at 8:30 and 11:30 a.m.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is held on Saturdays from 4:30 to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6 p.m.
Daily Mass is held at noon on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday Holy Hour will be held at 6:15 p.m. and Mass at 7 p.m.
On Thursday, the Holy Stitchers will meet at 9 a.m. in the RCIA Room. Preschool Moms will meet at 10 a.m. in the nursery. At 7 p.m., choir practice will be held in the church. The Knights of Columbus will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the RCIA Room.
Friday, the Deacon's Den will open at 3 p.m. The RCIA will begin their retreat in the Social Hall at 7 p.m.
Saturday, the RCIA Retreat will continue at 8 a.m. in the Social Hall. The RCIA will have the Third Scrutiny at the 5:30 p.m. Mass.
Sunday, at 9:45 a.m., kindergarten through fifth-grade classes will meet in the classrooms. A mandatory EXO training will be held in the church. The high school youth will have Living Stations practice at 5 p.m. in the church. The sixth- through 12th-grade classes will meet in the classrooms beginning at 6 p.m. A Confirmation/parent/sponsor class will be held in the RCIA Room. A Confirmation Rite of Enrollment will be held in the church at 7:15 p.m.
Monday, the Preschool Mothers will have a baby signing class in the nursery at 10 a.m. At 7 p.m., the young adult class will be held in Room 4. The last session for "The Creed" course will be held in the Music Room.
On March 24, Wandering Wednesdays will be held in Room 4 at 10 a.m. At 7:30 p.m., the Women of Charity will meet in the Angels Haven. A Lenten Supper will be held in the Social Hall.
Highland Baptist Church
Tonight is Family Night. Bring a covered dish meal and join us at 6:30 p.m. for food and fellowship. The Building and Grounds Committee will meet at 6 p.m. and the adult choir will practice at 7:45 p.m.
The Men's Morning Group will meet for prayer and Bible study at 6 a.m. Thursday.
We will feed the homeless for the "In Jesus Name Ministry" on Friday. Please bring wrapped desserts to the church by noon on Thursday for this missions opportunity.
We will hold regular worship services on Sunday, with Sunday school at 10 a.m., worship service and children's church at 11 a.m., 2nd Mile Ministries at 5 p.m., Kid's Corner, Bible Hunters and Bible study at 6 p.m.
Our children will present this year's Easter musical. They are practicing each Sunday morning at 11 a.m., Sunday night at 6 p.m. and Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
The Joy Class will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Hope Mills First Baptist Church
Hope Mills First Baptist Church, 4621 Cameron Road in Hope Mills, will host an Easter celebration for children on March 27 at 2 p.m. with an egg hunt, carnival games, refreshments and the telling of the Easter story.
Hope Mills First Baptist Church is a host site for Angel Food Ministries. This program is open to everyone, regardless of income level, offering food packages at discounted prices. EBT is accepted.
Contact the church office at 425-0912 for more information or a menu of available food packages. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Hope Mills United Methodist
Worship services are at 8:30 and 11 a.m. with children's church during the 11 o'clock service. Sunday School starts at 9:45. Childcare is provided for all services.
Today, there will be no 11 o'clock Bible study; fellowship meal is at 6 p.m., children's activities and handbell practice is at 6:30 p.m. and chancel choir practice is at 7 p.m.
The Bible study will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday; square dancing is canceled due to a conflict.
Spring Revival starts at 7 p.m. on Sunday and continues through Tuesday. The speaker will be the Rev. Tom Sweeley, who is the son of one of our members and is currently the minister at Southern Pines United Methodist Church. There will be a potluck dinner at 6 p.m. on Sunday to kick off the revival. Plan to bring your favorite meal with extra for others, together with a two-liter drink or gallon of iced tea.
Plan to attend the church Easter party on March 28; there will also be drinks and light lunch at 12:30.

Don't forget to include Alms House in your giving. They need basic food items and monetary gifts to aid the needy in our community.
LAKE LYNN BAPTIST CHURCH
Family movie night is coming to Lake Lynn Baptist Church.
Bring your favorite soda, and we'll supply the popcorn. We feature a movie for the adults which will be "Fireproof'' as well as an age-appropriate movie for children ages 5-10. Nursery is not provided.
Take your seat at 6:30 p.m. and enjoy a fun time and great fellowship.
Southview Baptist Church
Southview Baptist Church, located at 4089 Elk Road, will have an Easter egg hunt March 28 after the 11 o'clock worship service. The event is for toddlers through fifth-graders. Hot dogs will be served.
Easter Sunday services are scheduled for 9:30 and 11 a.m. April 4.
